We deliver our services through a simple, effective and proven 5- phase process.
Phase 1: Understanding
Every client, brand, project and budget is different, so we always start by listening. We need to listen and learn what your brand wants to say to the market and we need to get under the skin of what the market – your customers – want to hear. We work closely with you to develop a brief which meets these needs and which we both then sign-up to. We encourage our clients to develop briefs that are as specific and measurable as possible.
Phase 2: Creating
Next the hard work (and the fun) begins as our award-winning creative teams get to work to generate a range of ideas and concepts to meet the brief. We believe in ‘the big idea’! A strong creative idea, theme or hook is far more likely to cut through competitor noise and resonate with your target audience.
Phase 3: Planning
We are an independent, media-neutral agency which means that we start with no preconceived ideas about the best way of reaching your audience. This frees us to think creatively and to design an integrated campaign incorporating both passive and active media designed to deliver maximum reach and efficiency for your brand.
Phase 4: Delivering
Our project management teams are highly experienced at producing and delivering multi-faceted campaigns on time and on budget. Our clients are kept up to date every step of the way through regular project status meetings and on-line progress reports.
Phase 5: Learning
We believe that smart marketing is about a continual process of learning and development. We design and conduct bespoke Post Campaign Research and Reviews aimed at reviewing the campaign against its core objectives, analysing financial returns on investment and identifying key learning’s that can be fed into future brand development.
